La Dimora Turchese is an independent villa, with large outdoor equipped spaces. It is a two-floor villa, furnished with attention to details and with every shade of blue. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with view on the garden and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace with view on the sea, while on the raised ground floor
there are the living room and modern kitchen with island, the furnished
balcony with access to the garden equipped with an outdoor dining area.

La Dimora Turchese is ideal for a holiday by the beach dedicated to relax. It`s 100 meters away from the sea and the beach establishments.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
