The rooftop with a pool in the building is freely accessible to the guest, they're also for common use. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

Common areas of the condominium such as the gourmet area and barbecue can be used upon prior reservation and payment of fees.

The pool, barbecue, and gourmet areas are closed for renovation and are expected to reopen on November 14, 2025, subject to change.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
