This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for those looking to relax in comfort and style. The space is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and designed to offer a light, functional, and worry-free stay. With the beach just steps away, the location is also strategic—close to the Carnival circuit, Salvador Zoo, restaurants, supermarkets, and other conveniences.

The apartment is thoughtfully equipped to provide a comfortable and practical stay. The kitchen features a microwave, sandwich maker, blender, italian coffee maker, and a faucet with a built-in water filter. It also includes tea and coffee cups with saucers, wine glasses, drinking glasses, flat, deep, and dessert plates, a juice pitcher, plastic containers, dish rack, detergent dispenser, sink squeegee, countertop trash bin, sugar bowl, cutlery set, placemats, pot rests, a full set of pots with lids, frying pan, pasta strainer, bowl, cutting board, strainer, can opener, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, and a knife set. The living room is air-conditioned and offers a 50” Smart TV, blackout curtains, armchairs, and a sofa—perfect for relaxing or watching your favorite shows. The balcony includes a table with chairs, a pedal trash bin, and safety netting, providing a pleasant spot to unwind outdoors. In the bedroom, you'll find air conditioning, blackout curtains, a drawer wardrobe, hangers, a compact ironing board, and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a trash bin, bidet shower, hair dryer, liquid soap dispenser, collapsible bucket, broom, floor squeegee, folding drying rack, dustpan, and clothespins—everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The pool, gym, co-working, and rooftop for common use are freely accessible during the stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides laundry facilities (also for common use) and a party room that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the usage fees charged by the condominium.

The pool usually closes on Mondays for treatment, but it can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

Our apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood, in a privileged location for those who wish to enjoy relaxing days in Salvador. With easy access to the waterfront, you can go jogging, walking, or biking along the beach. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and the Barra Lighthouse, which offer magnificent views of the neighborhood and the ocean.
