チェックインからチェックアウトまで自動化されている為 スタッフに全く会う事がありませんでした。新しいホテルらしく清潔な部屋で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 もう少しアメニティを充実させても良いと思います。 wifiが脆弱だったので改善の必要があるかもしれません。

Lovely hotel in an excellent location just at the entrance to the old town. Reception staff were lovely and helpful and spoke perfect English Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely area of Tallinn.
