With a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, a super king bedroom and a shower room, you’ll have everything you could need for a self-catering stay on the coast. Sleeping up to two guests, Salty Bay is the perfect romantic getaway.



The Space:

With premium furnishings, Salty Bay has beautiful and sophisticated interiors throughout. The apartment benefits from a light and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area where you can relax with your loved one. The living space includes a large flat screen TV, a lounge sofa and log burner, making it perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring the coast.



Ultra modern, the charcoal grey kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, microwave and toaster so you can make the most of your self-catering break. There is a dining table in the window with leather chairs so you’ll have ample space to enjoy meals during your stay.



Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a tranquil space with a super king size bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and luxury soft furnishings. Every care has been taken to ensure you have the best sleep possible with plush bedding and premium bed linens.



There is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the sitting room area. It quickly and easily makes into a 5ft king size bed with a 5" mattress. Four pillows and a duvet cover are always at the property. There is also space for a cot in the bedroom.



The bathroom features a walk in shower, WC and basin. Similar in style to the rest of the apartment, the space has stunning accessories and grey tiles.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full apartment.



The keys to Salty Bay are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There is free on-street parking outside the property and throughout Saltburn.



One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Salty Bay per reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Salty Bay is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.



Located in the heart of the town, the property is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.



Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!



Getting Around:

Salty Bay is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.



Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
