Good base to explore the coast.Saltburn sea front is a must.The house itself wasn't 100%,we had to call maintenance to carry out a few repairs,the bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside (annoying),the shower rail fell down, the handle on the bathroom window was broken, the shower curtain is way too long, paint is peeling off the wall in several locations,the front door threshold is filthy and you can't sit out in the backyard, you can't get Freeview channels on the TV we had to log into BBC iPlayer,the cable junction box outside the front of the house has come off the wall leaving exposed cables dangling.On a positive note it's quiet.
