PETS:

• No Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside. $500 Remediation Fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood, and we use noise monitors (decibel-level only, no audio recording) to help keep it that way for our neighbors and guests alike.

NOTE:
This home shares the lot with a small Casita in the back. While you have the main house and driveway to yourself, the backyard and hot tub are shared communal spaces.

This short-term rental is legally permitted by South Salt Lake City and short-term rental business license # BL-1004605. Any short-term rental in South Salt Lake City operating without a business license number included within its online advertisement is operating illegally.
