The host was welcoming, the location was great and the place was so lovely. The washer and dryer and keurig was great as well as that there were keurig pods and laundry detergent. The only draw back was the mattress on the fold out couch. It was super uncomfortable and as an adult, I couldn't have used it. My son is 16 and was fine, but he can sleep on the floor comfortably.

This is an amazing place to stay at. The apartment is roomy with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Ladies it even has a diffuser for the hair dryer!Very close to downtown SLC , so dining or sites are very close. The parking garage is a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Relaxing!

This property is comfortable and a perfect place for 3 or less people. It has a great view of the Salt Lake Capital building and is close to all things you may need. It is like a scavenger hunt trying to get into the building but the host gives such great directions and is very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spot

My experience was surpassed by the extra amenities in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom for us. These special touches help create the already beautiful space to be also so inviting. The location to public transport, downtown shopping, and my daughter’s apartment made this one I will likely be using again soon.

We had an amazing stay. The property is fantastic-both the condo and the outside areas (pool and courtyards). The host is helpful and organized. Everything was delightful, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Renter beware

This stay has pushed me back to just booking hotels. I paid the extra person fee so my son could sleep on a sofa bed (an extra fee for staying within the listed occupancy is just wrong to begin with) then we discovered there weren’t enough sheets to make up the sofa bed. I messaged the host. The next day instead of getting us sheets he tells us they should be in the closet (it’s a small one bedroom apartment of course I looked everywhere the first night) and then the maid has already left town for the day so you’ll have to wait until the 3rd day. Meanwhile my son is sleeping without a sheet and we’re sharing the main room pillows between the 3 of us. Finally on the last day sheets arrive but they aren’t sheets it’s a dust ruffle (it’s new in a package that clearly says dust ruffle). The host clearly isn’t around and relies upon a maid service that can’t leave the proper linens nor do they clean the layer of dust off the baseboards. They do the bare minimum and to add injury to insult the host has the audacity to claim we left stains on the sheets and towels. We barely used the apartment and only slept in the beds and dried off with the towels so I see no possible way we could have done any damage. So if you still want to stay here take photos of the towels and sheets before you leave. I’m not kidding Vrbo asked if I had photos to prove I didn’t do damage. I did have a photo of the apartment when we left but that wasn’t enough so they charged us extra. So don’t bother with th

Clean and modern, convenient location

We visited my son at the University of Utah. The apartment was clean, new and modern and centrally located to the Airport, University and shopping. Nice amenities in the building, nice view of the foothills, and a washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus!

Clean and easy

The place is fine - clean and generally well equipped. 3 sort of rather minor and fixable problems but annoying: the water filter needs to be changed on the fridge water dispenser, the coffee maker didn’t work - it needs some sort of descaling it says and wouldnt make coffee, amd the coffee pot mist have been cracked because I filled it and water starting pouring out the side. So some minor maintenance is needed but otherwise the place is fine.

Nice stay

Great location and very clean. The check-in process was a little difficult. I recommend having someone with you during check in. I also recommend checking in during regular hours so you can access the building, otherwise the whole building is locked up and you wont be able to gain access without a fob. You can hear the neighbors, so not recommended for young ones. There are earplugs supplied and I had to use them because even my white noise machine wasn't loud enough to cover the noise.

Great condo -clean, bright and comfortable

Gsbe-Alex was attentive and helpful with me communications in this six story apartment with a balcony which I was hoping for in a rental. There is an awesome gym within the condo and outdoor seating areas and a grill as well. I didn’t use the grill but it’s there. The condo itself was fresh, modern, clean, and, there were some extras available too! Very attentive on some details:) I would definitely return as it’s very close to my sons although I wish they lived in a different area of town because it’s quite busy in the middle of the city. But it worked out well as I was able to walk around and get meals easy enough without having a Rent-A-Car..

Nice quick Stay

We stayed for one night and the property was clean and in a good location. We had some hiccup with check-in as the access code wasn't working but we figured it out with management and as was good.
