Great house in a safe neighborhood. Dog friendly, and even though we didn't bring ours this time, we'll keep it in mind. Seemed close to everything around, and most rides into the city were less than 15 minutes. Would go again.

Disappointed

I will start with what was good....the location and neighborhood are terrific! The air conditioner worked great and the fire pit worked well too. The house and yard are not maintained unfortunately. Upon arrival I had to do some weeding (under table weeds were 2 feet tall) in the back yard before my family arrived. I also had to do some inside cleaning. Every window sill was filled with dirt and every window was cloudy with years of weather and dirt. Doors and baseboards were so dirty it grossed me out. There was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in a well. Carpets and couches are stained. Kitchen did not include sponge and one roll paper towels for the week. We had to purchase toilet paper as well. One wash rag per bathroom was allotted, again 4 adults and a week stay. The upstairs bathroom floor looked to not have been cleaned ever. The mattresses are of the poorest quality. There is no access to the back yard from the house, very inconvenient. Look closely at the vrbo photos, there is no handle on the frig. Even the coffee maker is weird requiring oblong filters. I am sure Scott the owner is nice, however this place needs a deep clean and maintenance.

Beautiful home

This was our first time doing VRBO so we didn’t know what to expect. The owner Scott provided us with all the information we needed prior to arriving and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The home exceeded our expectations and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. I would recommend this home to anyone who is traveling through Utah. The neighborhood is beautiful and everyone kept to themselves.

Annual Trip to SLC

Annual drive across country to visit son/daughter-in-law. Sugar House is a lovely area with all the amenities. This house located in what has been a safe neighborhood. Comfortable home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Economical place met our needs in location

Perfect size for 2 couples. Shorter couple should stay in the basement bungalo. Great location within three blocks of I-80.Nice backyard.

Wonderful neighborhood!

This house worked out perfectly for our needs. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. Our daughter was graduating and we had asked our house if we could have a small gathering to celebrate. We were allowed and got to spend a few hours celebrating the graduates and were not rushed at all. This house was perfect for us!

Charming house! Great location!

The house was perfect for my daughter and I, and would have been great too had we brought the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in the SLC. The hosts were great amd easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
