This 1,100 square foot basement suite/apartment includes a private entrance, kitchen, and an entertainment area with an 80" TV - the perfect place for your family and friends to stay while experiencing adventures in the nearby Wasatch Mountains.

The space:

You'll enter through a private entrance, which takes you down into the main hallway with a bedroom that includes storage for all your ski and outdoor gear. Next is the primary guest room and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower. Further down the hallway will be a laundry room, a second full bath with standup shower (NOTE: under construction. will be complete by 12/15/26) and a third guest room. Beyond this is the kitchen/bar and entertainment room which is adjacent to the fourth guest room, which also serves as a library.

Guest access:

You will have access to all areas in the basement, except for a few storage closets, which will be locked.

Neighborhood and Description:

We are located at the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in an area called Mountain Views in Sandy Utah. We are within 20 minutes of a wide array of outdoor activities, restaurants & bars, shopping and entertainment.

Getting around:

As you enter our street, go to the end of the cul de sac. Our house is on the left hand side of the cul de sac. Please park anywhere between the two orange pole markers located near the street. The entry to the property is a white door, just to the right of the garage door. There is a sign on the door that reads Twin Pines at Mountain Views.
