On the kitchen counter there will be a key fob that give you access to all amenities, garage entry, and garage elevator. The garage pass must be located on the dashboard to prevent your vehicle being towed.
***The apartment comes with ONE garage pass, any other vehicle will have to be parked on the street or might be at risk of getting towed from the garage***

Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.
A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Getting Around:
Downtown Salt Lake City is a vibrant and bustling area that offers a variety of transportation options to help you get around the city easily and efficiently.

One popular way to get around downtown is by using the public transit system. The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) operates a network of buses and trains that serve the downtown area and beyond. The TRAX light rail system is particularly convenient for getting around downtown, with several stations located within walking distance of major attractions, hotels, and businesses. The UTA also operates a free downtown circulator bus, known as the "Free Fare Zone," that makes loops around the downtown area.

Another popular transportation option in downtown Salt Lake City is biking. The city has an extensive network of bike lanes and trails, making it easy and safe to navigate by bike. There are several bike share programs available, including GreenBike and Lime, that allow you to rent a bike on demand and return it to a designated station when you're done.

Other Things to Note:
Our property is conveniently located near a highway, which offers easy access to explore the city and surrounding areas. While there might be some light traffic noise, most guests find it to be minimal and not disruptive to their stay.
Additionally, the building is situated in an up-and-coming neighborhood, similar to those found in most major cities. You may notice some homeless individuals in the area, but the community is highly monitored by local police and building security. Rest assured, this is a safe area, and your comfort and security are our top priority.
This apartment is deep cleaned between each stay to ensure our guests are welcomed to a safe and clean space. We also, provide all of our guests with a welcoming gift!
**The hot tub, entertainment center, outdoor patio and gym are all available to our guests!

As your host, I am dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I'll be available to assist you throughout your stay. Great space and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable and the loft was clean and well stocked - even the bonus common penthouse space had fun board games! Check-in was easy, the host was excellent with communication and the secure parking was convenient. The property is close to the highway so there was noticeable highway noise outside on the patio, but inside was actually very quiet (there was a constant, low hum of traffic but the noise wasn't an issue for us in any way).Overall the comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, and host made it a positive experience. We'd consider staying again next time we head back to SLC.

Ski vacation

We had a very comfortable vacation is this beautifully appointed condo! The beds were super comfortable, with different types of pillows to accommodate all sleepers. The kitchen was stocked with every spice you could need, and also coffee, powdered creamer and sugar! The hot tub outside was wonderful after a day on the slopes. We chose the location to be central, and it was 45 minutes to Brighton and 40 to Snowbird.It is right next to a highway so if you are very sensitive you should know that you can hear highway sounds; however the sound proofing it pretty great. Also note that the garage spot has a 7’6” clearance (for those like us with a Thule).
