There is only parking for up to 7 vehicles on the property. There is absolutely no parking on the street. Additional parking is available at Walmart down the street. There is a church parking lot that is an 8-minute walk from the home if additional parking is needed.

A rental contract is required to be signed upon reservation.

Events or gatherings must be discussed with the owner before booking. No gatherings over 20 individuals.

Pool is closed until April.

**We do have a security camera above the garage to monitor parking regulations and incoming guests. This is the only camera.**
