  • Well appointed modern townhome in a wonderful central location in Holladay. Fully renovated in 2021, this 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom home features an open floorplan upstairs. Updated modern kitchen, with new cabinets and high end appliance package. Industrial railing and white oak hardwood floors. The master bedroom has new hardwood floors, king bed and updated bath. Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. (Twin bed also available) The lower level features a separate private bedroom with queen bed, newly updated bathroom and large living area with its own entertainment center and Peloton stationary bike. Downstairs living area opens to a walk out back porch & grassy common area in a quiet community. Centrally located to an abundance of restaurants, shopping & outdoor activities. Easy access to the I-215 loop freeway and 30 minutes from the best Skiing in Utah. Take your pick between Park City/Canyons, Snowbird/Alta or Brighton & Solitude. 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport.

GREAT

We’ve stayed in this property twice now and it really is perfect. It is conveniently located in Holladay with easy access to all freeways. The condo is clean, very well stocked, and comfortable in every way.

Home away from home

Very comfortable and beautiful home with everything you need. Instantly feels like home. Great floor plan. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants and activities.

Perfect spot in SLC

This is a great spot particularly if you want to access the ski locations as it is a short 30 min drive. The house was clean, well laid out with a great kitchen. I would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to SLC. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

I have rented a LOT of VRBO's in the last 10 years and I have to say this was probably one of the best. The place was very clean and the kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen I have stayed at. No running to the store to buy salt/pepper and oil! The communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend.

We haves stayed in this property three times. It is very well stocked, super clean and excellently located. You cannot do better!

perfect place for a ski vacation

We enjoyed this house a lot, it is really comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality items - appliances, pots, pans, knifes, dishes.. which I find important. The owner is really nice, responsive; gave us some great tips where to go around the town. Check in/out was a breeze. The place is just 20-40 minutes away from the great ski resorts. Will stay here again!

Great condo

We had a great long term stay in this comfortable property. It was in great condition. Everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated a kitchen that had what we needed to cook some nice meals. Even the knives were sharp.

Lovely Townhome in a Great Location

Had a fantastic stay and the location was absolutely perfect for us. We needed a quiet, clean place that was nearby our relatives. We were able to easily accommodate friends who were coming in from out of town to help us out. The house was also well set up for working remotely, which we were able to do throughout our stay. Luke was also easily reachable when we had questions.

Ski trip at the base of LCC/BCC

Had a great stay at the townhouse for our annual ski trip. The condo worked well for our group of 7 adults and had everything we needed within a short drive. This was my 13th time in SLC for a ski trip, and among the best accommodations we've had!

Five Star Accommodations

My husband and I had a fantastic 3 week stay at this home. We worked during the week and had family and friends visit on the weekends. There were 2 dedicated desk areas and ample bedrooms/living space for our guests. The kitchen was well stocked which made it fun and easy to cook throughout our stay. We were also perfectly situated in Holladay, near a number of mountains and restaurants. The real cherry on top though was Luke who was just wonderful to work with - he was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip.
