Adjacent is the comfy family room with 60 inch TV and charming, decorative wood burning stove--the perfect place for family gathering and relaxing. Some games, puzzles, and books provided.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide excellent living space. Master BR has queen size bed. Much smaller 2nd BR has delightful bunk bed. Living room has new hide-a-bed sleeper. Master bedroom has desk area for remote work. Both bathrooms are rather small; one has tub/shower while the other has a shower. New full-size washer/dryer, ironing board, etc..

Everything is easy access with no stairs.

Watch the lovely sunsets from the back patio! Fenced in backyard for children, plus small basketball area.
