This newly designed, built, and furnished 1200 sq. ft. apartment is on the first level of a 3-level home with private STREET level access on the side of the home. No stairs, other than the single step entry threshold, make it easy access. The full-size gourmet kitchen with island provides all of the amenities of home. All brand-new appliances including, full size refrigerator, 5 burner gas cooktop, large built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher and various small appliances. New cooking utensils, pots and pans, and place settings for 12 are provided in the spacious cabinetry. The open concept area is a great gathering place with a kitchen table for 6 and three bar stools at the island. It has a large living room with a gas fireplace, new 65” smart TV with Xfinity, sofa and two rocker/swivel chairs. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy after an active fun day out.
The master bedroom is furnished with a new King size bed with night stands on each side with built-in USB ports to charge your personal electronics. The new 55” 4K smart Samsung TV will stream videos from your favorite service. It has two large closets to easily organize your belongings. The state-of-the-art master bath includes a large beautiful tiled shower with two shower heads that can be controlled for one, the other, or both. The convenient two sink vanity and large LED lighted, de-fogging mirror make for an efficient way to get ready for your next big event. A blow dryer is available in the vanity.
Bedroom 2 has a nice new queen size bed with night stands on each side with built-in USB ports to charge your personal electronics. A closet with built-in drawers and shelves provides a convenient place for your belongings.
Adjacent to Bedroom 2 is the large spacious main bathroom with beautifully tiled shower, oversize deep welled 6-foot soaker tub, large two sink vanity with LED lighted de-fogging mirror, and toilet. The built-in linen closet holds the extra towels and hand cloths for the apartment.
The sofa in the living room is a modern pull-out sofa featuring the patented Tiffany mechanism to provide an actual queen size bed with gel-foam mattress to provide guests the best support for a comfortable night’s sleep. This allows the apartment to comfortably sleep 6 adults.
The large closet across the hall from the bath provides plenty of space for coats, boots, and gear from your days activities and also has the vacuum.
Each room in the apartment has state of the art individually controlled heating and cooling. If you like it cooler when you sleep, you can set it to your liking.
The video and audio enabled security door-bell on the outside entrance provides a level of security for the property. The private entrance has a keyless lock providing secure self-check-in using unique renter codes. If you ever need anything, the owners live on the upper levels of this home and can help answer any questions you have.

Situated at the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains of the Salt Lake Valley, this two bedroom, two bath, sleep 6 apartment is ideal for vacation to the Salt Lake Area. If you are interested in skiing the “Greatest Snow on Earth”, we are only 15 minutes from the parking lot of Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort up Little Cottonwood Canyon. Just 2 miles farther up the canyon is Alta Ski Resort. Only 3.4 miles north of Little Cottonwood Canyon is the neighboring Big Cottonwood Canyon, which hosts Brighton Ski Resort and Solitude Ski Resort.
If you come in the summer months, we are near the naturally preserved Dimple Dell Canyon and Equestrian Park where trails weave their way from the quiet neighborhood down to the stream in the bottom of the canyon, making its way to the Jordan River and eventually to the Great Salt Lake. The nearby Wasatch Mountain range provides easy access to excellent hiking or mountain biking trails.
Perhaps you are coming to the Sandy City area to see Major League Soccer at Rio Tinto Stadium, or work at the Mountain America Expo Center, or attend some of the best in the country theatrical arts at Hale Center Theater or Sandy Amphitheater.
