You’re just minutes from the Utah Capitol, downtown dining, local coffee shops, and city parks. Fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and living room make it easy to relax or get things done.
Whether you’re here for work, hiking, skiing, or sightseeing, this cozy retreat gives you peace, comfort, and unbeatable location.
The Space:
This is a true basement apartment, but it’s clean and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of its space. Ideal for travelers who value location, comfort, and affordability.
• 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom — perfect for 1–2 guests
• Private basement-level unit
• Fast Wi-Fi
• Smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, cookware
• Cozy living space with dining table and lounge seating
• Located in a quiet, safe residential area
Please note that this a historic home and a basement mother-in-law apartment with a long term tenant upstairs that you may hear on occasion. Please be aware of the low ceiling in the kitchen area (see photos).
NOTES:
Please park on left driveway behind truck (do not block the street). Entrance is on left side of house, through the gate and down the stairs (red door).
Do not park on right side of house or across the street. Thank you!
Please be aware that the kitchen ceiling is low due to historic construction. Rest of home is normal height ceilings.
Guest Access:
Entire basement of single family home. Private driveway and entry door. Please park behind the truck on the left driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The Marmalade District is one of Salt Lake’s most historic and walkable neighborhoods. You’ll find tree-lined streets, historic homes, and quiet charm — just minutes from downtown.
Walk to Capitol Hill, Memory Grove Park, City Creek Canyon, the Utah State Capitol, and local favorites like Alchemy Coffee or Mestizo Coffeehouse.
Just minutes away from Downtown nightlife:
• Delta Center – for NBA, NHL games & major concerts
• The Complex, Metro Music Hall, The Depot, Union Event Center – live shows & nightlife
• Crown Burgers – a local legend
• Utah State Capitol – explore the grounds or catch sunset views
• Land Cruiser Heritage Museum – 2 blocks away
• City Creek Center & Temple Square
