  • Hermosa casa de 3,200 pies cuadrados en las avenidas fue remodelada recientemente y cuenta con cocina, baños y aire acondicionado actualizados. Las comodidades modernas se encuentran con un toque histórico. La excelente ubicación entre la universidad y el centro hace que moverse por el valle de Salt Lake sea conveniente. El hogar está a una corta distancia a pie de Smith's (supermercado) y restaurantes locales. We booked this home for family and friends attending my daughter’s wedding. It is in an ideal location, has plenty of space, and was comfortable for everyone. Communication was great with the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Top Notch

I highly recommend this house if you are in the area. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, house is well stocked and beautiful. Backyard was a delight, we sat out by the fire every night visiting. Perfect location!! We just loved our stay.

Great place to stay on short notice!

Our daughter was admitted to Primary Children's hospital, and we needed a place to stay. This home was close, but it was also really nice! It's beautiful, clean, well stocked, and with a really great location. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully in different circumstances).

A beautiful home enhanced the visit

We had visitors from out of town stay here instead of staying at a hotel and this made their visit so much more enjoyable! Most had never been to Utah so to stay in a lovely historical home elevated their experience. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. The home was beautiful and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. So much room that one of the guests led a yoga session for everyone each morning!

This was great for our family Christmas! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the giant dining room table was great for dining and games. The bedrooms were well appointed and we had plenty of bedding and towels. Dave was extremely responsive with any questions we had. He was even open to us putting up a live Christmas tree.

We were here for a taekwondo tournament at the Salt Palace. Close enough to come back in between events for a few hours to rest and prep for next event.

Great location in a beautiful historic home. Dave, the owner who lives next door who was wonderful, told us a little bit about the history of the house. It would be a nice touch to have the history written up and left in the home for future guests. Jennifer

Would definitely return!

We had a great week staying at the Blue House! It has lovely historic charm with modern updates throughout. Having downstairs bedrooms and full bath was a huge plus! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, just not enough cereal/soup bowls for a crowd. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great house and location for a big group

We had three families traveling from different parts of the country to meet in SLC and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of common open areas and the fire pit area out back was nice too. The house is a good blend of old charm with modern renovations. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect set up for us with multiple ages. The Avenues is a beautiful neighborhood and centrally located. Dave (the host) could not have been nicer.

Big house for an extended family

The host, who lives next door, was very responsive and accommodating. Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, so it was easy to have twelve people sharing the house, while feeling as though there was plenty of space. This was our second time staying in the house, we highly recommend it!

Great historic SLC house

This was a GREAT house, well kept, clean and convenient. It was perfect for my family, especially for my elderly parents, since it has kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor level. The neighborhood was quiet and great for short walks. Dave provided good restaurant recommendations for places nearby. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rent this house again.
