Beautiful Canyon Retreat

New contemporary and modern retreat in Big Cottonwood Canyon just minutes from 4 major ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton). 20 minutes from Salt Lake International airport. 35 minutes from Park City and 25 minutes to The Canyons Ski resort. Trails just minutes away along with hiking and biking. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. This house has many stairs, so must be able to climb stairs. I suggest Alpha coffee for breakfast and Porcupine Grille for dinner. Both are local favorites.

This 3 bedroom, 5 bath house has views of downtown Salt Lake City from the rooftop deck, master bedroom and living room. Along with Mountain Views from most rooms of the house. This home is beautifully finished and includes everything you need for your next family, friends or business retreat.
*Must Climb Stairs. This home has a lot of stairs.

Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and have their own bathrooms. The master has a king size bed with a couch that also turns into a bed or two twins. Great for kids or one adult. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a daybed and the third bedroom has a beautiful canopy queen size bed. The house will sleep 7-9 with all options. An air mattress is available upon request.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar, wine refrigerator, top of the line appliances, large island and dining table that will seat up to 10 people. The roof top deck has beautiful views of the mountains and Salt Lake City. It also features a fire pit, grill and wet bar.

It would be greatly appreciated if no shoes are worn in the house. We would like each guest to enjoy this high-end property and help keep it in the best condition possible.

Property was much larger than I expected. Super clean. Most convenient location to get to the major resorts in the area. Found several great dining options within minutes of the property. Will definitely return.

All Star Week!

Staying here brought joy to my heart and soul! The pictures are just a small sample of the meticulous detail and love put into this home. My mom and my best friend were so happy and both said they felt at home! We walked around, stayed up late and gazed at the mountains, God and Mother Nature are in this place. Wonderful vacation and everything is so close! Grocery, Gas, Ski Lifts we felt like Cottonwood Heights natives! Thank you for the lovely stay. World Class and endless ⭐️ stars.

Everything Went Well

We were very happy with everything… literally. The location is awesome - near the freeway, near awesome restaurants, near beautiful nature. The decor and accommodations are awesome - bedrooms each with their own bathroom, great living space for gathering, and decorated very nicely throughout. And the host was awesome - very communicative, clear instructions, and all information provided in format that was meaningful for us. We plan to make this a tradition!

Best of both worlds

One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Wonderful accommodations and a well stocked kitchen. The location was convenient for access to ski resorts in big and little cottonwood canyons as well as places around Salt Lake. Great communication and support from the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property, great location!

This condo is beautiful — it’s comfortable and spacious, tastefully decorated, and the most well stocked place we’ve ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, leaving snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathrooms. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

May be my favorite rental and we do this frequently.

Best stocked rental we have ever stayed at. Host even brought in an extra propane tank for grill in case needed. Fantastic location. Can’t say enough good about rental and host. We will be back!

Ski Central

Cottonwood Heights is a fantastic property and a great location for accessing multiple ski resorts. Exceptionally well appointed, clean and comfortable. The quality of the property was only exceeded by the communication and attitude of the hosts. I believe they are sincerely interested and focused on providing the best experience possible. We hope to return again in the years to come. One thing of note - there are stairs. Easily managed, unless physically challenged.

Nicest condo we’ve stayed in

Very nice property, updated with everything we needed and plenty of room. 20 minutes from Snowbird but an easy drive. 40 minutes from Park city no not bad at all. Sasha, the property manager, was very helpful for anything we needed. as the listing says there are a lot of stairs but nothing we couldn’t handle even after a long day skiing.

Excellent location for skiing

We stayed for a full week, skied six days. Fantastic location to access Alta, Snowbird, Solitude & Brighton, all 10-14 miles away. Even Park City is only 30 miles away. Roomy townhouse, plenty of room to spread out. Communication with owner was great, very quick responses. We hope to come back here next year!

Great Ski Home

This was a beautiful house in a great spot. Perfect for a ski trip. This house didn’t seem to have been deep cleaned before we arrived. (Smudgy windows/ cabinets, toilet plugged upon arrival, hair on pillow and sheets and broken glass on the floor that our 2 year old got stuck in his foot). Despite this, we enjoyed our stay, the owner was very helpful and we enjoyed the friendly neighbors!

Best Condo Ever!

We've stayed in numerous properties and I can honestly say this is easily in our top three. The condo is just as pictured - actually, nicer in person. We stayed for ten nights as we were there to move our son into the U and the location was perfect. We didn't want to be right downtown, so this worked well. We were 20 minutes from the airport and about the same from the university. Close to grocery stores, coffee shop, and a few restaurants within walking distance. Hope to be able to stay again.

Fantastic House at the base of Cottonwood Canyons

Our family just spent a week here and loved our stay. We hiked in both Cottonwood Canyons (Lake Blanche Trail, Red Pine Lake, Bell Canyon, Gloria Falls) and spent a rest day at Red Butte Gardens and City Center Mall. We felt close to everything, and the house is very clean and brand new as pictured. We also enjoyed most of our dinners on the roof as the sun set over SLC with unforgettable views. The pictures in the listing had blinds closed to better see the rooms, but when opened you are literally surrounded by mountain views on two sides and a complete view of Salt Lake City (including downtown and the State Capital) on the third side. Our only negative was that the two twins listed were not actual beds with mattresses (one was a fairly firm couch - as stated in the listing - and one was a wooden bench with a pad on it) and our 12 year old said it was uncomfortable to sleep on (after trying both on different nights). We also found some short dog hairs on the couches and carpet (which were freshly cleaned and vacuumed), which made me think that either the owner has pets or someone disobeyed the no pets rule! It was minimal, and the only reason I mention it is that one of our children is dog-allergic and has asthma, so it triggered some wheezing (which in fairness, may have also been compounded by the smoke covering SLC from the California wildfires). But none of that kept us from having a fabulous week, and the owner was very responsive. Overall a great house in a great location :)

Family vacation

Home away from home. Has everything that you may need. Nice little welcome tray with sweet and salty snacks. No need to buy any spices, the kitchen is stocked. Ice cream scoop would be a nice addition. Could be that we just couldn’t find it. :). All beds comfy and plenty of bathroom supplies. Quite community and would highly recommend. Great location/value. Brand new townhouse.

Near the entrance to Alta and Solitude. Stores, coffee shops, groceries, all nearby. Great hikes only a few minutes away. Spacious, clean and modern. Easy parking.
