Winter Adventures Await, Come PLAY! Close to just about Everything, w/Fireplace in our Well-Equipped Ground Floor Unit! Scenic Peaceful Surroundings, Awesome Views, Modern Amenities, Convenient & Accessible Location. This large, nearly 1,300 sq. ft. living space, sleeps 5 comfortably. Featuring a California King Bed (Firm) in the master suite, & another King Bed (Firm) in the 2nd bedroom. with 2 generous-sized bathrooms. 3 55' 4k Smart TV's, FAST 1G Wi-Fi! So much to do on the property and in the surrounding areas.

Fly into Salt Lake International Airport and rent a car. It will be the best way to get around town and all the things you’ll want to see and do.

Uber and Lyft are also available as well as paid Scooters and Bicycles which can be found at various locations in and around downtown.

Security camera/recording device — Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit on or next to, the front/entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a Motion-Activated device that Actively Records ANY & ALL Motion. There is also a security camera on the patio that has the 'sound recording' feature disabled. As this is a ground-floor unit, this camera is in place for the security of the unit itself and for you our guest.

We loved this condo. The fireplace was wonderful! Very clean, soft towels and bedding and the beds were much more comfortable than I expected after sitting on it. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances functional. The only thing I might suggest is for the host to get an ocillating fan for the 2nd bedroom. The master had a ceiling fan. Would definitely stay again.

My overall rating of this property is OK. I feel that the location was excellent. Owner communication was great. Water pressure in the shower was appreciated. We did leave a day early though because the beds were firm (host disclosed this in listing) but they were solid memory foam which slept hot and were rock hard to both of us. So much so that we went and slept in a local hotel for the last night in town. We would love to say that it was better than OK but the lack of sleep over 3 night was really tough on both of us.

Great Location!

My adult son & I traveled to SLC to explore the area & this apt was in a great location to do that. We explored the mountains, state parks, reservoirs, rivers, lakes & ski towns. The apt is very nice & well-equipped. We enjoyed the comfy king beds & separate bathrooms. My son used the work out room & I relaxed at the pool. Check-in & check-out was very smooth & communication w/the host was easy.

Nice place, with one small issue

The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. The only issue we had was with the thermostat. We are hot sleepers, and the thermostat would not stay where we dropped it to overnight. We woke up multiple times during the night because we were hot and had to lower the thermostat, so I can only assume the owners were overriding us. Knocked off 1 star for this reason.

Time Away from Campus for My Daughter

The property is amazing. The apartment is beautiful and quiet and neighborhood is safe, scenic, and convenient. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that the pool and the hot tub were both closed during our stay. The host was also terrific. Highly recommend!

Great for our needs

The apartment was perfect for our needs and located at a great distance from Mountain America Center which was were we were heading for our event. A bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t in season which I think I must have missed.. and the hot tub was broken which that was a selling point for us because we were in town for a sports event and really wanted the hot soak.. but that wasn’t at fault of the property owner! The accommodations were wonderful.

Winter ski getaway

Great place for an extended stay of 3 weeks. The apartment had plenty of room when family joined us for skiing. The apartment was sufficiently equipped. Loved having Jordan River Pathway conveniently accessible for walks on non-skiing days. Beautiful scenery.

Second time staying with Bill and co. Did not disappoint in any way. Great location for us to access the canyons for skiing. Condo was as described and pictured. Beautiful Stay

A friend and I stayed at this lovely apartment for two nights during our road trip through Salt Lake City. The location was very quiet, easily accessible, and provided a quick commute to all the ski areas. Everything we could have asked for was provided for and the fire place was an extra bonus that really brought an extra level of comfort. We were thrilled to have such a wonderful stay.

Attention to detail

We were SO pleased with everything about our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked with supplies (spices, coffee pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels for the pool, etc.). Communication before and during our stay was timely (codes, helpful hints about unit, etc.) and the binder with ideas for restaurants and things to do in the area was very helpful. We didn't have time to play any of the games in the well-stocked closet, but if we did, there was a nice variety. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. As a Melaleuca user, I also appreciated seeing the cleaning supplies used. If we ever have family or friends coming to the area, we will definitely recommend this unit!
