The living-dining room has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person, and a wardrobe with a folding double bed. Next to the living-dining room, we will find a very practical and well-equipped American kitchen. The main bedroom is independent and has a double bed. The bathroom with a shower.



The residence is very well located, close to the beach, all necessary services and the city centre. It has a communal area with a swimming pool, a café, a children's play area.
