"I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there."

"They lied/mislead me about price I quoted, Once I discuss it with the staff, Staff person stated he would give me the price I was quoted. After checking out at a different price, after arriving home the following day I was charge more than $400.00 that I was quoted I called and spoke to a manager who stated they would investigate and called me back they never called back; I told them I was a 100% disable veteran I was disappointed they would treat a disabled veteran like this."

"Very convenient location. Breakfast was great, staff was very nice. Only thing to be aware of is parking, they only allow 1 vehicle per room, so if you’re meeting someone you might want to double check parking availability with the hotel. Also, if your vehicle is taller than a standard sized truck it may not fit."

"Room wasn’t clean once I arrived. Hair in the shower, bathroom floor. Refrigerator was dirty. Location of the hotel was great. You have to pay for parking, that’s a downside as well."

"Beware on charges, we couldnt find close parking space so we had to do valet parking for 182 dollars for 36 hours, they charged 25 dollars 2 times for service then you find you can use it for drinks if you dont use them you loose them, we wanted to use it the 2 day our check out day they didnt alliw it, pool was dirty like black grease all around, and chairs with this black mud as well, nice hotel, but also i found a cockroach in my room."

"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."

We have been to the Riverwalk several times, but this was the first time that where the hotel is located was super noisy all night. The street noise, cars, car music was very loud throughout the night. We will probably skip this hotel in the future. "The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for me and my husband. It was located on the Riverwalk but it wasn’t in a crowded area. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good! The only complaint is the bathroom(toilet and shower) is very tight."

"Everything was so lovely and nice. Scenery was beautiful. The only thing is they don’t have complimentary breakfast but they do have a restaurant that serves breakfast. But pool was nice and clean and they also have an area where you can just relax and kick your feet up and have a drink."
