The house is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a lovely furnished porch with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, family meals, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.



Upon entering, there is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. Further inside, you will find a bright living area furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa and a dining table. The separate, fully equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher for added convenience during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds.



A characteristic spiral staircase, which is fairly narrow, leads to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious double bedroom, a second bathroom with a shower, and a pleasant glimpse of the lake. On the same level, there is also an open area with a single bed and a wardrobe.



Villetta Paradiso has been partially renovated with great care and attention to detail, while preserving the charm of traditional Italian style. Warm terracotta and olive-green tones create a welcoming and authentic atmosphere designed for comfort and relaxation. All rooms are air-conditioned, with the exception of the kitchen.



Up to two cars can be parked inside the property at the entrance to the garden.



The location is particularly appreciated: the nearest public beach is only 500 metres away and can be easily reached with a short walk. Nearby, guests will also find the renowned Rimbalzello beach club. Within walking distance of the house, there are all the essential amenities, including a bakery, a supermarket, and a takeaway pizzeria, perfect for everyday needs. The area also offers charming cafés and excellent restaurants, including the well-known restaurant “La Darsena”, highly regarded for its outstanding cuisine and beautiful lakeside setting.



Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Lake Garda, the villa allows guests to reach the prestigious town centre of Gardone Riviera (1 km) and the lively historic centre of Salò (3 km) within just a few minutes. Here, visitors can enjoy the picturesque lakeside promenade, local shops, and the authentic atmosphere of Lake Garda.
