The villa is also just 8-11 minutes\' drive away from Mokai Beach and the Heller Botanical Gardens of Lake Garda.

Furthermore, Salò offers a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The ferry is only 15 minutes’ walk away from the residence. The local ferry offers easy access to many popular destinations on the lake, including Peschiera del Garda, Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, Riva del Garda, Garda, and Malcesine.
