CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Step out your back door directly onto the sands of our private beach-yard.

-Bedroom 1: 1 king (sleeps 2) Ocean-view patio from master bedroom.
-Bedroom 2: 2 twin-over-full bunk-bed (sleeps 6)

BATHROOM: Bathroom stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and towels also included.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans glassware and cutlery set and has a full line of appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more)

DINING: Dining table situated in front of a large window, overlooking the ocean.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs. The Beach-yard has plenty of outdoor lounging furniture, direct access to salisbury beach, one grill for each unit(propane not provided) beach games, fire-pit (wood not provided).

PARKING: 2 off-street parking spaces are provided (location of parking spaces noted in guestbook).

Guests have full access to the townhouse and all outdoor areas.

I do not live on-site or nearby, but I am almost always reachable via message, text or email and I am happy to do whatever I can to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests!
