*No Smoking Indoors
Strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the apartment. If smoking is detected indoors, a £1,000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and remediation. An outdoor area is available for smokers.
*Noise and Air Quality Monitoring
The property uses noise and air quality monitoring systems. Evidence of parties, excessive noise or indoor smoking will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require an additional biweekly housekeeping visit for an extra fee. Full details provided at booking.
*Online Check-In Required
The lead guest must complete our secure pre check-in form, agree to our terms, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport before arrival. Access will only be granted once this is completed.
