A comfortable studio apartment perfect for two people, completely renovated and newly furnished. The apartment is located right in the heart of Salerno (ZTL) on the main street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in an area well-served by shops and essential amenities. All points of interest and the waterfront are within a few minutes’ walk. The train station is only 800 meters away. For larger groups, you can book the adjacent apartment, Casa Maya, for a total of 6 guests.



The approximately 30-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (5 steps to access it) and shares the entrance with the adjacent Casa Maya apartment.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, moka pot, and electric kettle

- Living area with a snack shelf, two stools, TV, and split-system A/C

- Sleeping area with a double bed and closet

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, split-system heating, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located in a pedestrian-only restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it cannot be reached by car.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will only be possible if no other guests are checking out on the same day; therefore, it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.
