  • Welcome to our haven of peace, located in Salernes.
    Built on a hillside and located 2km from the town centre, 5 minutes by car from all amenities, La Romarine enjoys panoramic views.
    Our 155m2 comfortable villa, with its magnificent view, in a quiet area will allow you to spend an unforgettable stay.
    Its private swimming pool, located south, out of sight, promises you long afternoons in peace and quiet under the sun of this beautiful region.
    Salt water swimming pool, secured by an electric shutter without vis-à-vis, surrounded by a wooded garden and a pleasant terrace.
    The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite composed of a 180 cm bed with its shower room, toilet and dressing room.
    The bedroom has a large bay window, through which you can admire the view from the bed.
    Another bedroom is composed of a 140 cm bed.
    The third bedroom has 2 beds of 90.
    The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. !!!! BED LINEN AND TOWELS CAN BE RENTED (15€ PER PERSON) ON SITE. THEY ARE THEREFORE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL!!!!
    All in a very trendy décor.
    A pleasant shower room and a separate toilet complete the night hall.
    The extremely bright living room consists of a living room, a dining room and a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen.
    The terrace extends from the living room and leads to the swimming pool (8/4/1,40)
    The exterior is composed of a covered terrace, and multitudes of places to sunbathe, a petanque court.
    The view under the oak tree is breathtaking and allows you to take a beautiful nap under the coolness of this hundred-year-old tree accompanied by the song of the cicadas.
    A double electrically operated garage is available as well as a large parking area.
    The equipment is very complete; washing machine, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wifi, orange TV box, deckchairs, plancha, parasol...
    The house is secured by an alarm, and the front door is equipped with additional locks.
    Outdoor lighting is installed all around the house.
    All windows have an electric shutter.
    An iron and ironing board are provided.

Simplement parfait

Maison superbe ,vue superbe ,calme et très très bien équipé tout est réunis pour passer des vacances excellentes. Je recommande à 200% et c est de même pour l’accueil à l arrivée ( merci à Antoine et à sa femme) nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir

A dream holiday home

We stayed for 1 week in this beautiful house. It is very nicely furnished and very clean. The caretaker was super nice and looked after us really well. We will definitely be back :-)
