Welcome on board in a vacation home that offers plenty of space for up to 5 people to enjoy life to the full. What do you do here first? Board the pirate ship on the castle lake? Take a walk along the lakeshore right behind the house? Or would you prefer a leisurely stroll to the Italian restaurant on the corner? It doesn't matter. In any case, one thing is immediately apparent here - the feeling of wanting to stay.

Shh! Please don't disturb us. That's what everyone here will be wishing for as they lie comfortably in their feathers. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two to three single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is a great place to meet up for meals, games, storytelling and watching TV, and from here you can also step out onto the balcony. In the well-equipped fitted kitchen, the dishwasher does the washing up and if you want to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

For those arriving by car, there are two parking spaces in the underground garage directly below the house. Bicycles can also be stored in a lockable bicycle room. This "new center" has been created in the heart of the municipality of Salem, with a town hall and library, a newly created community park, shopping and living in the Schlosssee-Arkaden - barrier-free and within walking distance.
