On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...

Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff."

"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....
