The pool and hot tub settings are controlled remotely by the host for your convenience. Simply send us a message when you'd like to use the hot tub, and we will activate it for you.
• Pool & Hot Tub:
Hot tub use is included for up to 5 hours daily. Pool heating is available for an additional fee based on propane usage (approximately $8.50/hour). Heating must be requested in advance.
• Outdoor & Fire Features:
The indoor fireplace is decorative only. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
• Laundry:
A free-to-use washer and dryer are available inside the home for guest use.
• Pets:
This is a pet-friendly property with prior approval. A $50 fee applies for one small dog (larger dogs considered upon request). Pets must be crated if left unattended and are not allowed on furniture.
• No Parties or Unapproved Events:
Parties are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings (up to 20 people) may be considered with prior approval only, due to septic limitations.
• Smoking Policy:
No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Security:
For safety purposes, exterior security cameras monitor the front door, driveway, and pool equipment only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
