EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Y ATENCION

The hotel location is excellent. Large, spacious, pleasant and clean room. Very small bed for a double bed. Pleasant bathroom with excellent products. However, the bath towels are terrible, small, unpleasant and with a faded color that was once white. Breakfast is okay. Long queue to wait. The receptionists are very polite and not interested in helping. They refer any questions to websites, perhaps because of a language barrier. The hotel is large and crowded with groups. Long and annoying wait for the elevators, sometimes more than 10 minutes.

3泊4日で3人部屋のラグジュアリータイプの部屋に宿泊予約しました。2日目の夜に部屋に戻ると鍵が壊れたとの説明を受け、ダウングレードされた2人部屋への移動を提案されました。バストイレも同じになり、ベッド数も減り、部屋も約半分まで狭くなりましたが、この部屋にしか空きがないと説明をされため移動をせざるを得ない状況でした。移動後、朝食クーポンを説明もなく謝られ頂いたので、1日だけ使用して2日目の分は受付に返却しました。ダウングレードされた差額の返金はないまま取り合って貰えず、悲しい旅行になりました。
