"1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. "

Our balconies were sitting in the entry roof area with parapet walls all around us, zero view. The balcony railing paint was almost all pealed off. Exterior of building needs a lot of maintenance. "This was a traditional beach motel. It provides a place to sleep with a firm bed. Breakfast wasn't offered. Their "laundry room" was a washer and dryer outside, not too ideal when it's pouring down rain. Steps away from the beach. Close to Subway and shops."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. "Got to the hotel and there was already commotion from part of our large group visiting for Jeep Beach. The rooms were dirty, smelly, beds were done but obviously sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Pillows were dirty and still had head imprints and gel like residue. Carpets and room were musky almost mold smelling. There were cigarettes burns and a very suspicious spot on the sofa that looks like body fluid. I let the front desk know and they had me and a few other friends going...

"Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. "

If you absolutely need workout facilities or a free breakfast, go to a chain hotel and pay double or triple. If you want an ocean view and easy beach access, stay here. Note that Volusia County too almost all their parking lot—so if you are the sixth or seventh guest, you may have to pay the county fee just to park in...

"The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room. "
