"Excellent place to stay in a great location. The room was clean and stylish. It was on the small size but as we only stayed for 3 nights this wasn't a problem. If we were staying for longer and had more luggage a bigger room would have been better. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again "

"We had a nightmare with the phone system, over and over. Due to the road construction we couldn’t find address- they do not answer the phone I called 9 times including standing in the lobby showing the girl . the bellman called in sick, we had to carry in 8 bags from a block and a half away. I used to sell big phone switches and do not understand what the problem was. I called twice around 9 at nite and got through. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us to a suite, very nice of them. I...

"Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and good value for money. Location is a bit far from Nyhavn and tourist areas although you can easily take the train. My kids were on a lower floor, we requested to be on the same floor and that would have been helpful. The first girl who checked us in up front was not very welcoming and didn't let us know about much of the amenities there, but the man who checked us out was great and helpful. Its a good mid range hotel, but just a bit far...
