"Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

Very friendly and informative, oh and if you want a nice glass of wine away fro the tourist busy bars in Arundel, they have a great little bar. "Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!"
