"Abandoned building, must enter the back of the building, code stopped working after we complained. Expedia couldn’t get ahold of host when dirty bed sheets were found or when locks stopped working. Expedia is still trying to get ahold of host."

"We loved the incredible breakfast! Plus the fabulous dinner buffet which they decorate with whatever is in season. In our case, it was strawberry season and the restaurant looked beautiful. Even more special were the many delicious strawberry themed foods. The staff is super helpful and sweet. It's the 2 nd time we chose this hotel when we wanted to be near the airport but still stay in a hotel with a lot of Japanese character."

"It was a good location. Near the subway station where you can take a bus to the aeon mall to shop or just eat or you can also walk it for 30 mins (bus ride was 25 mins). Narita station also has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far (less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. Overall the location was good! Just keep in mind that the shuttle time from the airport is not every 15/30 mins. Some hours they only come every 45/60 mins. The room very simple (what you see in the photos is the same...

"Recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable one night stay before catching your flight at NRT, The rooms were spacious, they had busses to shuttle you to airport, They had separate buses based on the terminal. Rooms were very spacious. Highly recommend for staying close to airport. Use shuttle from the airport dont try to walk with luggage. Staff was very helpful. Its an hour away from tokyo so dont use this to base of your city visit."

"There was a little bit of a hiccup with our check in but the staff was very helpful to rectify the situation. The bed was quite firm but everything else was as expected, clean and maintained. Sadly wasn't able to try the breakfast buffet and the shuttle doesn't go to terminal 3 even though it's only 1k away."

"Very helpful and patient staff. They made a great impression as the first hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience store on the ground floor had a lot of what I needed when I first arrived. The free shuttle helped get me back to the train station."
