If you want to save money, this is the place

I came with my husband and our 9 year old. The room was big enough. I like that housekeeping was daily. The place was fantastic. The only problem I had was the internet and the TV. We cannot access internet in our rooms and the TV is not clear.

현지인들이 많은것 같아요. 한국인들 숙박은 잘 하지 않는 곳. 한국에 비하여 청결도는 좀 떨어지고 접근성도 좋지 않지만, 다른 숙소들에 비해 저렴해요.

Affordable option to beach Hotels. Comfortable, no frills kinda place. Close to the Shack for breakfast and lunch (best place on the island) Naked Fish for dinner. Fantastic helpful staff!

location is convenient to my board meeting venue.

I have always been staying in this hotel but never I the room I was placed last night. The room is just nothing compared to other rooms I had stayed in before. The room smelled bad. There is spider webs on the wall just next to the TV screen. The closet was dusty. while the refrigerator worked parts of it are comin off. The cushion for the long couch was just filled stains. The floor was dirty. After 15 minutes in the room I couldn't stand it and had to just go to the front desk and asked the lady on duty if she could give me a sanitizing spray i.e. Lysol or alcohol, but there was none. she gave me a small bottle of Chamomille Pillow spray and said that is all she has. so I was too tired n just wanted to shower and rest. I took the spray and sprayed the whole room to the point where I had to open the entrance door of the room because the sliding door at the back side of the room wouldn't open. I have always stayed in this hotel but never in this room. So I do recommend this hotel but not this particular room unless the owns does something about the uncleanliness of the room and the couches. Thank you

너무 최악이었어서 사이판 가시는 분들 정말 꼭 참고하시라고 남깁니다.

제가 여행을 자주 다니는데... 제가 이용했던 호텔이라고 말하는 것들 중에 최악이었습니다. 객실/호텔 청결도 호텔이라고 말하는 것도 어이가 없지만... 일단 객실. 룸... 사이판 미국령이니까 숙소 감안하고 봐도 너무 옛날스럽구요. 침대... 말할 것도 없이 삐걱거리고 매트리스 무너져 있습니다. 사실 너무 더러워보여서 남자친구랑 입국한 옷 그대로 입고 이불도 안덥고 한국이 겨울이었어서 가져간 코트입고 잤습니다. 여기서 잠깐 쉬다가 예약해둔 다른 호텔로 빨리 가자라는 심정으로 버텼네요. 화장실도 무조건 그냥 옛날 화장실이라고 보시면 됩니다... 벌레 안나올까 걱정했고 저보다 좀 더 깔끔떠는 남자친구는 그냥 안씻었어요. 다른 호텔가서 내일 씻는다고... 호텔 위치 예약해둔 픽업 택시 타고 간거고, 사이판이 거리가 거기서 거기라 맘을 덜 졸였지... 무슨 한 중간에 시골에 떨궈주는 느낌... 서부 영화에 나오는 가게 하나에 떨궈주는데 거기가 호텔이에요. 관광하기에도 렌트안하면 택시도 안들어올 것 같아요. 서비스 품질 냉장고에 아무것도 없었나...? 무튼 그랬는데 물사러 프런트 갔더니 물도 다 떨어졌다고 하고... 아저씨 주무시고 그냥 여관이었어요 여관. 한국이었다면 그냥 환불안받고 나왔을텐데... 새벽에 사이판 도착해서 입국 심사 길어져서 새벽 3시넘어서 나와 몇시간만 자면 되는 숙소라 저렴하게 구한건데 제 잘못이었어요.. 사실 저렴한 것도 아닌 7만원대 넘었던 것 같은데... 너무 너무 최악이었어서 사이판 가시는 분들 정말 꼭 참고하시라고 남깁니다. 제가 묵었던 방이 최악이었을 수도 있어요....^^;

Location was great for what our trip was meant for. Staff was friendly. Coffee and breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Room does need updating. Beds, decor and fixtures all need updating. We were not expecting anything extravagant but when the towels and shower curtain have stains, it's time to change it out. Fixtures in the bathroom also need updating. Wifi was not available in the room. You may access it in the lobby,however, when everyone is trying to do the same thing there is no point. But the air conditioning worked great!! Which I was grateful for this time of the year.

How I saw it

I love Saipan! I didn't care for this hotel. First of all they posted a non working number online so there was no way of contacting them. I checked into a "non-smoking" room, although it smelled like a cigar bar it was so awful! The AC should be turned on for an arrival room, I walked into a sauna! The shower was...ugh! This place need to be fully renovated and upgraded. The staff were kind and friendly but could use some customer service lessons. Wifi was terrible I had to go to the lobby where it is oven hot just to send emails!

这个不能叫酒店啊！

我夜里到的，旅馆不好找。进屋发现设施陈旧，毛巾看着很不好，盥洗台也很破旧，水龙头锈迹斑斑。床吱吱嘎嘎响，窗外是一片野地，有点吓人！屋里没有Wi-Fi，电话根本没接线，打不了电话给前台。唯一工作最佳的是空调。第二天起床导游来接我时说旁边是一所监狱，所以这个环境度假是有点惊悚。。。

立地悪く、テレビトイレシャワーが壊れているのに、部屋チェンジなし、

最悪でした。横の部屋ではカラオケみたいに大きな音と子供のカラオケ。トイレの流すところが壊れていてTVも壊れているのに、直して欲しいとお願いすると、紙に直せなかったとの置き手紙のみ。シャワーもチョロチョロしかでないし、泊まれる環境では無いのに部屋のチェンジもなし、フロントでもエクスペディアが管理してるので何もできないと一点張りなので、四日間予約しましたが2日目には、ホテルをでました。その後、エクスペディアが迅速に対応してくれて助かりました。最悪なホテルで2度と泊まりたく無い。安いとかそのレベルを越えてます。。

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, but the furniture shabby and broken. On the first day we found a leaking sink tap and shower hose. On the second day they replaced it all with new stuff. Bed linen was never changed, sometimes we had to ask for the 2nd towel. Toiletries are on request only, bring your own! And stay in the new wing only and make sure you get what you've paid for! E.g., they tried to put us in a singe bed room while we paid for 2 double beds.

가격대비 나쁘지는 않습니다. 입구 간판이 잘 안보여서 렌트해서 이곳을 야간에 찾을 경우 헤멜수가 있어요. 공간은 넓습니다. 나름 깨끗한것과 저렴한 가격, 넓은 객실 공간이 장점입니다.
