Our town offers provincial tranquility as well as a privileged location allowing you to travel through the 2 Charentes.

Single storey apartment, approximately 25m2 located in the courtyard of a very beautiful old building.
Access to accommodation from the rear of the building, independent entrance.
The accommodation has a small outdoor space creating an intimate atmosphere, with garden furniture for guaranteed moments of relaxation.

PARKING INFORMATION:
Every day :
- Free parking less than 400 m away,
- Some free parking spaces in neighboring streets, paid parking in the street at the foot of the residence.

The restricted zone also offers partial free admission at certain times:
- From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. during the lunch break on weekdays,
- From 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. Monday to Friday,
- From Saturday 12 p.m. to Monday morning 9 a.m., weekends.

Open-air and covered MARKETS, every day except Monday:
The Saint-Louis Market, open air (400 m from the accommodation): Tuesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., located place du 11 Novembre-Cours Réverseaux.
The Saint-Pierre Market, indoor and outdoor: Wednesday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., located at Place Saint-Pierre.
The Saint-Pallais Market, open air: Thursday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., located at the crossroads of Avenue Gambetta and Avenue de la Marne.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
Rue Pallu de la Barrière, direction Cours Lemercier on the right, on the side of the lawyers' wall, on the sidewalk there are 2 trash containers.
- yellow cover for selective sorting: collection during the night from Wednesday to Thursday,
- brown lid for household waste, regular collection.
