10 km from Sarlat, and 1 km from the Château de Fénelon, in the small village of Sainte-Mondane, totally independent apartment, located on the first floor of the owners' house, with terrace and without access by the first floor.
Traditional Périgord house completely renovated, with a capacity of 6 people, on a private plot of 1000m2.
The accommodation consists of:
- a living / dining room
- a bedroom with a bed of 140 and sink/shower area,
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90,
- a second bedroom with a bed of 140,
- a kitchen equipped: oven, fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher
- a bathroom with bath and WC
- separate WC.

All rooms are equipped with wooden shutters, one with blackout curtains, and the bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioners.

Central heating. storage cupboards in all bedrooms and in the living/dining room.

A terrace equipped with a table with benches and folding chairs allows for outdoor dining if the weather permits. PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe 10x5m (swimming) swimming pool, with a constant depth of 1.60m, is unheated and open from the beginning of June to mid-September. It is in common use with the owners.
