  • Welcome to Saint-Maxime, in our charming 186 m2 villa set in 2200 square metres of land. Our south-facing house, perfect for up to 9 people, is just 400 metres from the sea and a 15-minute walk from the town centre. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, it offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Saint-Tropez golf course.

    The house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests can take advantage of WIFI both inside and outside the house. For a refreshing dip, there is a magnificent outdoor swimming pool measuring 12 metres by 6 metres, with stunning sea views. Next to the pool is a plancha area for your barbecue evenings. The petanque court is also available for relaxing with family and friends.

    There is ample parking for several cars. The surveillance cameras are deactivated during rentals for your comfort and safety.

    Pets are welcome at an additional cost of 85 euros per animal. For a more enjoyable swimming experience, we offer the possibility of heating the pool for 200 euros per week at the beginning and end of the summer season.

    Our house is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday, but if you require different dates, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also offer payment in 2 or 3 instalments for your convenience, subject to request at the time of booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. The communication with Jermone upon arrival was great. The Villia is in a fantastic location with the town of Ste Maxine within a 15 min walk and the views from the Villa across to St Tropaz were stunning. The Villa itself was great, very well equipped with a great outdoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Geweldig verblijf

Een van de mooiste vakantiehuizen waarin we de afgelopen jaren verbleven hebben. Leuke indeling, mooie inrichting, zeer veel lichtinval, mooie en goed onderhouden tuin, groot zwembad, zeer goede ligging en mooi zeezicht. Deze villa voldoet aan werkelijk alle criteria.

Beautiful location and comfortable villa

We spent a lovely week here with my family, the views are outstanding, peaceful and great aircon. About a 20 min leisurely walk into town. The pool is huge which is another bonus! We have rebooked for next summer! Host very communicative too.

Marvellous house

Vi hade höga förväntningar på huset och vi kan konstatera att dom t.o.m. överträffades. Huset fungerade utmärkt för nio personer, varav tre barn. Poolen är större än normalt för privata boenden. Ända problemet var incheckningen då det angavs fel gatunummer från Vrbo på flera dokument, därav lägre betyg på incheckning som i övrigt var utmärkt.

Wonderful villa

We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you !

Outstanding

The property is beautiful. The garden, the view, the pool and the villa are wonderful and the location as well. The first rental we would call close to perfection. The villa has its personality and its character, but is well kept and truly enjoyable. The owner and his service company are very responsive and friendly. 100% recommended. Will come back.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely. As good as the photos. The pool is amazing. The house is charming older French home with lots of space to spread out. We had a group of 7 and it never felt crowded. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms have air conditioning but not the common areas. There was a heat wave during our stay, so we really felt the heat. A fan would be a great addition. Everything was spotless on arrival. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful location in a charming old style villaThe two main issues we had were, firstly one of the en suite bedrooms was off the kitchen. Secondly the particulars show a beautiful pine tree on the area behind the pool which had so much lovely shade. Unfortunately this had been cut down.A little more attention to detail in regard to cleanliness would be good and simple things like crisp white sheets instead of dark blue ones would have made all the difference in the bedrooms.Note there is no aircon in the communal areas, only in the bedrooms which was a bit challenging in 34 degree heat when we arrived. The owner did get us a table fan.Very well equipped kitchen.Overall a lovely time was had by all.Sainte Maxime is one of our favourite little French towns and it was the 5th time we had returned. We were not disappointed

Brilliant Villa and reasonably priced!

We have stayed at Villas in the South of France many times now including twice in Sainte Maxime which is a beautiful town. This villa is really well located for being able to walk into the restaurants and shops. The true standout features are the outside area such as the pool which is huge and well maintained with lots of space to relax by and for the kids to run and jump into. The outdoor BBQ and dining area are great to use and the view is stunning. There is also a great shaded area just off the lounge with lots of comfy seating The inside is well laid out and the bedrooms are comfy with great aircon. We are out every night but prepared lunch at home and did think that the kitchen was missing a few pots and pans that would have been useful. This was a brilliant holiday all round and we would highly recommend this Villa especially considering the cost of others that are nearby.

Do not hesitate to book this house!!!

A beautiful house with lots of character. Many spaces both inside and outside to rest, dine, have a glass of wine with friends. Even with 8 or more guests it would not feel crowded. Pool- perfection. Location- perfectly situated close to the town but in a very, very quiet neighborhood. A few things to know- the address of the house that is sent from the arbitel website is not correct, so use the address that comes from the management agency (it’s very easy to find!) and note that there are small sets of stairs to take you to the different levels of the house. It could be tricky if you have someone with mobility issues. Otherwise- book today!!!!

Beautiful villa close to town

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The pool and terrace were wonderful, especially the views of the sea and the peaceful, tree-lined neighbourhood surroundings. Lots of outdoor furniture and also a boules court on a terrace above the pool, which had even better views and was lots of fun. It was only a 20 minute stroll or 15 minute fast walk into Sainte Maxime village. The layout of the villa provided many quiet corners where people could relax and take time for themselves, yet the common spaces were large and easy to bring people together to socialise. A full kitchen and a butler’s pantry with a full size fridge were great to have for our group. Plus we loved the convenience of having an internal laundry. The check in and check out was fairly simple but I agree with a previous review that the property manager was a little rude. However, the minor issues we had on arrival were swiftly dealt with and she was very responsive and quick with her communication. The person who opened the house for us was lovely but he was extremely rushed. (It’s possible that there is a shortage of staff and people get a bit stressed.) We would highly recommend this fabulous place and hope to return.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the water from many of the rooms and especially near the pool. The outside areas and pool are a definite highlight. We were visiting in August and it was very hot. Only slight downside to stay was air-conditioning only in bedrooms. We did many day trips and only in house for sleeping and use of the kitchen and spent all other times outside by the gorgeous pool keeping cool. Sainte-Maxime is a nice town but no train service. Easy to take ferry to Saint-Tropez. It's about 40 minutes by car to Sainte-Raphael which is closest train service. There is also a bus from town to train. We had a rental car which was necessary to get provisions from the large Carefour and help getting people around. Be aware that Google Maps will send you up the hill and past the house. As you get near the top of the hill look for 19 and you will be at the house. Check in was a little difficult as the owner has someone else that will give the gate code and that came later through a random what's app text. No instructions on check out other than time. Extra charge for towels and sheets. Highly recommend the house and town especially for a larger group/ family. We had five 20 something young adults and the two of us. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Man hat viel Platz, viele tolle Terrassen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus ist zwar teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr authentisch und zum Wohlfühlen. Wer gerne oft nach Saint Tropez fahren möchte, sollte den Stau zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten einkalkulieren.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was our second summer staying at this villa, we really enjoyed it yet again. The views are amazing and a lovely big pool. Quiet area too and about 15-20 mins walk into st maxime. Could do with a fan in the kitchen as it gets very hot when cooking.
