This lovely 165 square meters 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 3 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime. Situated very close by walking from the city center and the beach, you will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from May to October) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, old market.. This quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area.

RARE at SAINTE-MAXIME : CENTRAL Villa by the SEA !

Villa completely refurbished this year, designed by an architect, very bright and spacious, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 9 people. The interior is comfortable.. with notably new and high-standard bedding. A King Size Bed in 180 × 200 cm in the main bedroom. Bedroom 2 : Queen Size in 160 x 200 cm. Bedrooms 3 & 4 : 2 Beds per room in 90 x 200 (placed separated or together). a Baby cot in option. 3 Big Screens TV (one in the living-room, 2 other in the main bedrooms). The 4 bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower.

This villa has also a heated pool (+ many deck chairs) and 3 terraces (with a large table allowing 8 persons) for dining outside or enjoying the amazing unobstructed sea views. The other views from inside the house are incredible too. Its location is really a major asset : imagine that you will be at less than 20 meters from the sea. :)

Optional paying service : The pool can be heated on request, for a temperature (from April 1 to October 30) at 28 °C. An additional cost of 150 Euros per week is required (payment by cash upon arrival). The pool can NOT be heated from November 1 until March 31.

-- For a 3 weeks stay = PLEASE NOTE that the mid-stay cleaning is obligatory (whole cleaning of the house + laundry, change of all the towels and sheets) = 450 Euros to pay by cash upon arrival.

All is very modern and thought to give high standard confort : beddings, linen and towels, showers and hot water, kitchen & household appliances, all furniture and deckchairs, air conditioning or heating (controlled thermostat in each room, quiet system), indoor and outdoor lighting, etc... On site : NESPRESSO coffee machine. Ping pong table.

We would book this villa again

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this fabulous villa with an awesome sea view! Also the garden was great and the pool heating was fantastic for late May. Parking is easy in the large garage and it‘s just a short walk to the city center.

70th birthday family celebration

Stunning house and view. Better than photographs and well situated close to St Maxime which was a delight . Ate out at a mixture of good restaurants most nights. Next time I will try to stay for longer and perhaps cook at home taking advantage of the superb range of culinary equipment . L’Ancre has everything you need , even a couple of Panama hats !!! UN MOT EN FRANCAIS — SUPERBE .

GREAT VILLA

Our three week visit was too short, we are already planning on a four week stay next year. Everything was perfect, enjoyed the convenience of walking into town, 10 minutes, ocean view, very quiet and a well accessorized kitchen making and preparing meals a treat. Manager Vanessa was great, always available to help and answer questions and make restaurant recommendations. A heated pool a Bug Plus, and a two Car garage a great and unusual feature. Security, amazing, when we left, we pushed a button and all of the storm shutters came down making the home virtually impregnable. Thank you again for sharing this beautiful home with us

Tolles Haus, fantastische Lage!

Das Haus ist perfekt! Die 4 sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer bieten viel Raum für Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Blick über die Bucht von Saint-Tropez aus Küche und Wohnzimmer fantastisch. Das ganze Haus, inklusive Pool und Garten, sind sehr gepflegt. Das Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Dank auch an Sylvie für den freundlichen Empfang. Karen

Einfach nur exzellent!

Von Anfang an eine perfekte Betreuung, sehr netter Empfang mit allem was dazugehört, so das der Urlaub schon sehr gut gestartet ist. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Ausstattung, so das man sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Dazu die Lage,der beheizbare Pool, die eigene Garage und die Terrasse hatte schon frühmorgens zum Sonnenaufgang den berühmten *WOW*-Effekt.Zum Bäcker (La Tarte de Tropezienne) waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, sowie zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt.Vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Laurent und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!Bis bald und eine schöne Zeit! :)

Une villa exceptionnelle avec une vue mer incroyable

Il a été difficile de partir de cette villa qui est parfaitement disposé dans sainte maxime vu que beaucoup de choses peuvent être fait à pied. Elle est joliment décoré, bien agencé et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Très bon souvenir d'une partie de pétanque depuis le terrain dédié avec vu mer!

Amazing place to spend vacation

The combination of the location of this house and the house it self is a win for your vacation. You have it a couple of minutes by Walking to the city centre, shops, harbour from which you can take various trips by boats, buy fresh pastry and admire the life of Sainte-Maxime. The house itself is a fantastatic Place to stay for relaxing and entertaining vacation - rooms are so modern and perfectly Clean, you will never get tired of the view from the living room and terrace, the pool is surrounded by a magic garden and in case you want some family entertainmnet - you have your own Place to play petangue! The view from the kitchen will not make you regret to prepare your own food! :-) The owner and the person who welcomed us and showed the house were both very friendly, responsive and they made us home - thank you so much for the fantastic vacation stay and we will be back.

Beautiful home that's in a great location.

We were a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this home. The view is magnificent, the home is well-equipped, and it's close to the Mediterranean (across the street) and Sainte-Maxime village. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. The pool is the perfect size and has a cover as protection for smaller infants and kids.

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic time during our stay! The Villa was very neat, clean and modern and was very enjoyable for spending time at when we were not exploring the area. The location and the Villa was perfect for our family; it was an easy and short walk along the Mediterranean for our young family into town and the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Traumhaus mit toller Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus in perfekter Lage, fussläufig zum Zentrum (5 Minuten). Im Ort findet man zahlreiche schöne u gute Restauants ,Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Markthalle etc. Die Aussicht auf Saint Tropez und die Bucht ist spektakulär. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung :Pool,Garage für mehrere Autos,(mehrere TV Geräte), Badezimmer (Fön etc.) und die der Küche,ist sehr gut.Es fehlt an nichts. Der Empfang war herzlich u alles wurde gut erklärt. Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit Freunden u viel Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbracht.TOP!

Traumlage, Traumhaus, Traumurlaub

Sehr schönes modern ausgestattetes (nicht nur dekoriertes) Haus. Wir waren als Familie mit Großvater unterwegs und alle fühlten sich wohl. Sainte-Maxime ist um diese Zeit ein wenig verschlafen aber dafür um so französischer. Man hat Zeit, für Einkäufe in der nahen Altstadt oder auf dem sehr authentischen Markt. Sogar Baden war für die furchtlosen Kinder noch möglich, sowohl im Pool als auch im Meer, das uns mit hohen Wellen überraschte! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Terrassen sind mit Bedacht angelegt und für alle Wetterlagen geeignet. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und ist bis in ein paar Jahren vermutlich ein Traum. Wir danken herzlich, diesen Urlaub in Ihrem schönen Haus verbringen zu dürfen.
