Very nice apartment / terrace 5 people downtown / beach 100 meters

Located in the heart of the city, less than 100 meters from the beach, the apartment is in a residence built recently 2008, of high standing.
You will access the apartment first by a large entrance, which leads to the living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with large closets, an equipped bathroom and separate WC.
You will appreciate the comfort and the refined decoration of each room.
Many decorative plants and flowers (laurels) surround the terrace (automatic watering, programmed at night), with a large table for 8 people and a delicious loundge corner, small armchair, coffee table for a relaxing atmosphere.
For your safety, the front door of the building is coded / visual screen, and that of the entrance of the apartment is screened with 3 closing points. You also have a small safe inside.
In the basement, you will have a real garage with storage, and near the entrance of the apartment on the same floor, you have access to a large closed room where you can safely store your bikes, board sailing or other beach equipment.
The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but very quiet, no noise will disturb your stay.
On the other hand, as soon as you enter the front door, you are immediately in the pedestrian streets and restaurants / terraces, and if you go towards the sea, you will only have a hundred meters to find your feet in the sand of the magnificent beach of Sainte Maxime.

Familienurlaub vom Feinsten

Wir hatten einen perfekten Familienurlaub. Die tolle Terrasse von morgens bis abends.Alle Mahlzeiten im Freien und Einkäufe in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Stadtstrand zu Fuß und La Nartelle in 5Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Markt war neben dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet.

Quality Time

Ik heb samen met mijn moeder een fantastische vakantie in Sainte Maxime gehad. De locatie van het appartement is perfect en het is een absolute pré dat er een parkeergarage aanwezig is. Zowel het strand, de (vrijdag)markt en het centrum zijn op loopafstand. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het appartement heeft een groot terras, gelegen aan een mooie, rustige binnentuin. Wij komen heel graag terug!

Superbe appartement !

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement pour passer des vacances de rêve, situation géographique à proximité de tous (plage, centre ville, commerces..), le calme, propreté de l’appartement. On se sent comme à la maison ! 🙂 De plus, un accueil chaleureux par Catherine que nous avons plaisir à revoir chaque année !

Excellent séjour à Sainte Maxime

Très belle situation, appartement spacieux, au calme pour dormir malgré le centre ville. Petits bémols cependant : - l'évier de la salle de bain qui n'a pas de profondeur et qui garde les traces de savon à chaque fois - la deuxième chambre à coucher qu'il n'est pas possible d'aérer, sa fenêtre donnant sur le passage des habitants de l'immeuble, juste à niveau ... - le manque de lumière et d'air de l'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée et donnant sur une cour intérieure. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation (par bouche d'aération) et que nous avions pris un ventilateur - l'absence de certains ustensiles de cuisine, comme louche, écumoire ... - l'accès au garage en sous-sol par ascenseur mais qui oblige à passer par l'extérieur. Heureusement nous avons pu décharger et recharger la voiture au niveau de l'entrée, garés sur une place réservée aux livraisons Quoi qu'il en soit, la location est très propre, assez vaste et l'accueil par Catherine très sympathique. C'était très agréable de pouvoir aller se promener vers la plage, la mer et le centre piétonnier de Sainte Maxime sans prendre la voiture (parkings publics souvent complets). En résumé, une très belle location en plein centre de Sainte Maxime mais au calme, comme le précise l'annonce !

Schöne, zentrale Ferienwohnung

Schöne, zentrale Ferienwohnung. Für unsere Familie (2 E, 3 K) genügend gross und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ste Maxime bietet viele gute Restaurants und ein schönes Zentrum in kurzer Gehdistanz. Stadtstrand nicht ganz so attraktiv, die schönen Strände sind jedoch gut mit Bus und Auto erreichbar.

Schön, groß und zentral

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Ambiente und einer großen Terrasse. Den Garagenplatz im Zentrum kann man sehr gut gebrauchen - ansonsten alles auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Sainte-Maxime und kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi appartement dat uitstekend geschikt is als uitvalbasis.

Het appartement ligt op een paar stappen van het centrale deel van het strand. Ook ligt het centraal in het winkel-en horecagebied. Vanuit saint maxime is verplaatsing per openbaar vervoer een makkie. Steden als Port Grimaud (klein venetie), Saint Tropez of bijvoorbeeld St. Raphael Zijn per boot of bus en zelfs fiets makkelijk bereikbaar. Het appartement is aangenaam. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Ook een eigen parkeerplek in een afgesloten garage is bij de huur inbegrepen. De automatische centrale airco is zeer aangenaam. Wij hadden de "pech" dat Wij even in een periode zaten van 35 tot 38 graden real feel. Dan is de airco fantastisch. Prima verblijf dus.

Appart lumineux, grand, super équipé ET très propre!!!! Un régal depuis la réservation en passant par un super accueil et une ville de Ste Maxime qui respire la tranquillité provençale avec ttes les commodités. À refaire!

appartement très agréable, très bien situé avec un garage qui permet d'avoir toujours une voiture fraiche lorsqu'on en a besoin . Tous les commerces sont à proximité et la plage au bout de la rue, que demander de plus ?

Un bel appartement à Sainte Maxime.

Cet appartement se trouve au rez-de chaussée d'un joli petit immeuble à balcons bleus en plein centre ville,entre marché et plage,en face d'un centre commercial. Il bénéficie d'une décoration soignée et d'une cuisine super équipée. Les deux chambres ont un grand lit et des placards . La salle de bain a une baignoire et un double lavabo. Les toilettes sont séparées et ont un petit lave-mains. On peut manger et se reposer sur la grande terrasse ombragée . La propriété est bien entretenue. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.
