On the upper floor, you will find 1 beautiful bedroom with a shower room and WC. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The pool (4.5 x 9 m, depth 1.85m) can be heated (max 27°C) upon request and as an option.
The property is secured with an alarm system, and there is a pool house with a plancha and barbecue by the pool. A pétanque court is available. The garden and villa are very pleasant.
