Located in a contemporary eco-designed villa 3 km from the city center, 2 km from the Nartelle beach, in the golf area.
This charming cottage is an ideal base for two people.
You will go to the beach or to the city without having to undergo the traffic jams, it is the promise of a relaxing holiday in peace away from the bustle of the city.
You will be able to use municipal transport services and thus avoid parking problems
Modern and contemporary in style, the apartment has a living room, kitchen area (fully equipped), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Under the covered terrace, you can take your meals, you will have a washing machine, a freezer, a dishwasher and also a gas barbecue to grill in complete safety.
A second sunny terrace with golf and sea views, real solarium
You will have access to the swimming pool of the villa, and enjoy at leisure all the facilities.
You can access it without restrictions, and find two deckchairs to dry yourself in the sun or relax in the shade of palm trees.
Finally, a private parking space is reserved.

Vacances de rêve !

Un petit coin de paradis.. Voilà à quoi l'on pense lorsque l'on découvre le logement de Michel et Annie! Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve! Le logement est propre et très bien équipé! Les extérieurs sont bien pensés et joliment aménagés! Que dire de la piscine dans laquelle nous avons passés d excellents moments, avec une vue incroyable. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil et la discrétion des hôtes, qui ont su répondre à chacune de nos attentes et qui nous ont conseillé afin de découvrir au mieux cette région qu'ils affectionnent tant! Nous avons eu un grand coup de cœur pour Sainte Maxime, pour ce logement mais aussi pour Michel et Annie que nous ne remercierons jamais assez pour leur gentillesse! Nous avons désormais qu'une hâte: revenir ! A bientôt !

Prima woning op terrein eigenaars. Privacy gegarandeerd.Zeer complete inrichting. Hulpvaardige en vriendelijke eigenaar. Locatie ligt vrij hoog met steile toegangswegen. Fietsen vanaf locatie vereist flinke inspanning. Omgeving schitterend en dicht bij strand van mooi St Maxime.

Beautiful villa , 25th may 2024

We were greeted by Michel at the front gate of this magnificent looking Sainte Maxime villa. Michel walked us through his wonderful garden which has various palm trees , the grass is artificial but is very nice to walk on , to the rear of the villa was our small be more than adequately sized apartment which is attached to the main villa, Michel speaks reasonably good English which made it so easy for us to ask any questions, he is always available should you need to ask for something , Inside the apartment is clean and efficient, everything you need for your stay is there , The essentials like a washing machine , dishwasher , aircon in the bedroom , combo oven and convector hot plate, pots and pans etc we didn’t want for nothing, There is an outside eating area which is undercover where you can prepare your meals with an cold water tap and sink also a weber gas barbecue which I used once to cook some nice barbecued chicken , The pool area is stunning , the hedges offer privacy and the palm trees can give you plenty of shade if you want it , The pool temperature is set at 22 degrees and is crystal clear and a welcome relief on a hot day, The villa is set within a golf course which wasn’t busy when we were there , We had a wonderful stay here , the beach was a short 5 min drive away , plenty of restaurants in the near area, If I was to plan another trip to Sainte Maxime I would certainly return we loved our stay here, Paul and Alison from near Cardiff

Luxury at the golfcourse

Great location with great hosts! Beautiful view of the golfcourse. The house was as advertised. Our hosts were very helpful and made us feel at home. All in all we had a great stay!

Nice house near Sainte Maxime

The house is small but has everything you need. The covered terrace with outdoor kitchen has no view but there is another terrace where you have a beautiful view towards the sea. The owners are very kind and have a small dog who loves to come to say hi from time to time. The pool is great and has two sunbeds and a hammock. There is also a small pool house with a fridge and a lot of (mainly) French books. Too bad you don't have a view of the area due to the hedges. The house is located next to the golf course. It didn't bother us but lawnmowers are often busy early. The downside is the wifi connection. The signal is very weak and drops every now and then. iPads could only be connected through the hotspot of our mobile phone. The owner did his utmost to get this solved but it seems to be a problem in the area. All in all we had a very nice stay. Thank you Michel and Annie.

Fabulous property with stunning garden

We’ve just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful property. Our hosts were absolutely charming and most attentive to ensure we enjoyed a super holiday. The rental property is found at the back of the owner’s home and has plenty of its own outdoor space and private lounging area with a spectacular view of the golf course and sea in the distance. The fabulous pool is very inviting and well maintained. We enjoyed the garden at the property too which has been beautifully landscaped. The outdoor kitchen and apartment are very well equipped. The property is situated in a quiet location and a short drive to the golf course or to the beach/town centre. We would love to return as we had a wonderful time. And we fell in love with the owner’s cute dog… just wonderful relaxing under the palm trees by the pool. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic!!

We spent 2 lovely weeks with Michel and Annie, they were very helpful and the place was fantastic. Ushka the dog is also a delight and very friendly. The pool was virtually ours for the full 2 weeks and is so refreshing after a hot soak in the sun. Only one slight downside which is there was no air conditioning, only a fan in the bedroom. A portable one would be great please Michel. We will be going back, it’s a lovely place to stay. Jason and Viola

Un énorme coup de coeur ! Un lieu idyllique

Un gite qui se situe dans une magnifique propriété, digne d'un magazine de décoration:tout est superbe: le jardin rempli d'essences méditerranéennes avec vue sur le golf, la piscine avec vue sur la mer, le gite en lui même qui est très fonctionnel. Et Annie et Michel, les hôtes,d'une gentillesse extrême, dont le seul but est de vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible! Une belle rencontre !

Heerlijke vakantie!

Dit verblijf bij Michel et Annie was onze Huwelijksreis en daar hebben we bog steeds plezier van!Alles supervlot geregeld,ook het contact met eigenaar Michel ging supervlot!Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt...van vriezer tot wasmachine..De badkamer is netjes en de douche heerlijk!Het prive zwembad is top en je kan gebruik maken van je eigen ligbedden,poolhouse,hangmat.Het huis bevindt zich op een berg naast een golfterrein.De rust is er heerlijk!!Het centrum en strand van sainte maxime is vlakbij alsook verschillende supermarkten(lidl,carrefour,..).Michel en Annie zijn superaardige mensen die in de voorzijde van de villa wonen,beiden zijn zeer discreet!!Ze zijn zeer behulpzaam en oprecht met het geven van tips en tricks om de buurt nog beter te kunnen verkennen!Voor ons was het de eerste keer dat we dit soort vakantie hebben gedaan maar het smaakt naar meer!!!Wij komen zeker nog terug :-)Michel et Annie merci beaucoup!!!!!!

Le meilleur gîte de Sainte Maxime

Idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Sainte Maxime, à 5 minutes de la plage de la Nartelle et du centre ville, ce gîte est d’une propreté remarquable, l’accès sans limite à la piscine, une cuisine extérieure parfaitement équipée. Annie et Michel, les propriétaires, sont d’une discrétion comme d’une bienveillance extraordinaire. Idéal pour un couple, à conseiller assurément !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Annie und Michel sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die an einem wunderschönen Flecken wohnen und diesen mit uns geteilt haben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber es ist Alles vorhanden, was man braucht... außer einer Klimaanlage, die bei den Temperaturen im Juli schön gewesen wäre. Es ist Alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider sind die Ferienwohnung und die dazugehörige Terrasse nicht zum Pool ausgerichtet, sondern zum Golfplatz bzw., im Falle der Terrasse direkt an der Wohnung, Richtung einer Bambushecke, denn der Platz mit Pool und Rasen zum relaxen ist einfach traumhaft. Wir konnten den Pool und die Liegen jederzeit nutzen und waren auch meistens alleine (es waren Sommerferien in Frankreich und die Enkel da, von denen wir aber fast nichts mitbekamen). Außerdem gehört ein süßer kleiner Hund zur Familie, dessen Hinterlassenschaft manchmal auf dem Weg oder Rasen lag, aber auch das war kein Problem. Sehr angenehm war der Aufenthalt auf der neu erbauten Terrasse seitlich der Wohnung, denn von dort aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen und auch hier ist Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben den kleinen Gasgrill häufig genutzt und auch den Gefrierschrank sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und die Promenade von Sainte-Maxime sind in einigen Minuten erreichbar, aber nur mit dem Auto. Zeer fijne en complete woning!

Super vakantieverblijf in een rustige buurt. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf je eigen terras op de baai van Saint-Tropez, eigen parkeer ruimte, afstandbediening om de sierpoort te openen, een heel ruim en fijn zwembad, meerdere mogelijkheden om te relaxen/zonnen . Michel en Annie zijn zeer aardige mensen die hun best doen het je naar de zin te maken. Alles kun je vragen en de hulp is uitgebreid en oprecht! In het verblijf is alles aanwezig zoals je het (lijkt ons) thuis ook hebt; wasmachine, koelkast, vriezer, magnetron, vaatwasser, tv, strijkbout etc. Je beschikt over eigen tuinmeubilair, ligbedden, een parasol etc. Er staat een gas bbq waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Het verblijf grenst aan een golfterrein en is gesitueerd op een berg. Dat maakt dat het rustig is. De omgeving is prachtig. Met de auto rijdt je binnen een paar minuten de berg af het centrum van Sainte-Maxime in, naar het strand of naar winkelcentra, de LIDL, Carrefour etc. We zijn echt wel wat gewend en hebben veel plaatsen bezochg en in veel verblijven mogen verblijven, maar deze is een echte aanrader! Volgend jaar juni zijn we er weer!

Séjour parfait

Appartement très bien équipé et très propre ,il ne manque rien,belle terrasse avec salon de jardin et transats. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil,aux petits soins pour ses locataires.Cela fait deux années que nous venons dans cette location et nous reviendrons certainement …la piscine est un vrai bonheur. Tout est super.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick auf den Golfplatz. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Den Pool hatten wir ganz für uns alleine. Super schön. Unsere sehr netten Gastgeber waren immer für uns da. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
