This villa proposed by Antilles Exception is located near Sainte Luce village, in the quiet residential area of Pont café. The nearest beaches are, Pont Café beach at less than 250 m away and Corps de Garde beach at less than 400 meters away ... A convenience store is nearby (250 m), the charming Sainte Luce fishing village Is at 1 km away.

Sainte Luce is located near the national road which linking North and South of the Martinique. It is a very good situation to visit whole Martinique.



The villa

This one level villa proposed by Antilles Exception has been renovated and refurbished early 2013. With a surface area of 100m ² (+ terrace), the villa provides 4 bedrooms:

- 1 Living room with sitting area (sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV) and dining area

- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed (160X200) and ensuite bathroom with shower

- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds each

- 1 Second bathroom with shower

- 1 Pretty well equipped kitchen overlooking on the terrace



In Martinique, the people lives most of the time outside. So, you will appreciate the large shaded terrace, furnished with dining area and small outdoor lounge very suitable for "Ti-punch" and tropical fruit juices. The terrace is facing the swimming pool (secured for children by removable net) and the tropical garden.
