"The rural setting was perfect - so peaceful - just what we needed. A soaring buzzard and a few tiny lizards in the garden were the only regular visitors 😂!! We loved the house and it was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool is fabulous - a really good size. As it’s not heated, it maybe a tad brisk on cooler days but great as the weather heats up. There were all sorts of games available- including a table tennis table, badminton and a football...

"We stayed here in August and it was just perfect! The location,the house absolutely everything. The owners were extremely helpful from check in right until we checked out. "We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. "Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. "Pre de L'aubier is spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. The pool and grounds are extremely well-maintained, perfect for family games. Fresh bread and croissants just 2 miles away, brilliant local restaurant walking distance and numerous local night markets to enjoy. Perfect. Our best family holiday ever!"

"We loved staying at La Maison, the two residences were perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space and different areas to chill out and we used all of them. The pool was a great way to cool down each afternoon. The rooms are spacious with all the basics provided. We were also welcomed with a box of goodies and milk in the fridge.
