Rooms and Amenities

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, comfortable bedding, balcony access.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, ideal for a couple or two children.
Bedroom 3: Two double beds, with a built-in sink.
Mezzanine: Three additional single beds, perfect for younger guests.
Extras: Storage space on each floor. Bedding and pillows included.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave.
Drip coffee maker, complete dishes, utensils, pots and pans, electric fondue pan, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials.
Kitchen opens to the dining room for a convivial atmosphere.

Spacious Dining and Living Rooms

Large dining table for group meals.
Two comfortable living rooms: one on the ground floor, the other in the basement.
A perfect relaxation area for reading, relaxing, or spending quality time with friends.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms with showers. Towels, soap, and essentials provided.

Outdoors

Balcony furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
BBQ available (spare tank included).
The outdoor dishwasher is not functional.
Wood-burning fireplace for evenings around the fire.
8-seater hot tub for relaxing (the cover is damaged, but this does not affect its use).
Direct access to the riverbank; the access is not developed (rocky).

Activities and grounds

Outdoor play area for children and adults.
Private grounds, surrounded by nature. Peaceful location with no direct neighbors.

The road is paved and well-maintained by the city, but in winter, the slope can be slippery. 4x4 vehicles are therefore recommended.
