  • Welcome to the Ecolieu Ô Saveur de l'Instant, an ecological and family-friendly estate in Burgundy. The KotaPeacock welcomes you, solo or as a couple, for an immersive stay in the heart of nature. Enjoy the Mandala Garden, the birdsong, and the natural pool to recharge your batteries.
    At breakfast, you can taste garden produce, honey from our hives, wood-fired bread, and cheeses from the neighboring farm.
