The apartment boasts an open kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplate, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). Additionally, you'll find a shower/WC, electric heating, and a small balcony spanning 12 square meters with both south and west-facing positions, providing a stunning panoramic view of the sea. Balcony furniture is included for your convenience. Other amenities available are a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking is also provided.
