10 min walk to Saint Raphael, its port and its train station.
A few steps from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants, this beautiful apartment of 3 rooms, 60m ² is located on the 1st floor with elevator, a residence, good standing, 3 floors. A parking space is available from June 15th to September 08th. in the parking lot of the building Outside this period, free and easy parking is possible in the street of the building.
- The large living room (lounge / dining room) has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a flat screen TV (as well as the box wifi, internet, TV); it overlooks the terrace (10 m²) south side, equipped with furniture, where it is nice to eat there outdoors.
-The two separate bedrooms, opening onto the terrace (10 m²), garden side, have a bedroom with a large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
- The kitchen, equipped gives on the same terrace; it includes: fridge, electric oven, microwave, induction hob 4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, "Nespresso" and standard coffee makers, toaster, kettle ...
- The bathroom, completely redone, is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
The suspended toilets are separated.
- Available in the entrance: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
- On the terrace, a small freezer.

The arrival is around 16:30; If arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 supplement of 30 € for the person responsible for the keys.
The departure takes place between 9am and 10am; If departing between 7:30 and 9:00 supplement also 30 €.
No arrival-departure service between 23h and 7h30.

Dielage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, unsere größte Sorge war es einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, da unser großer Kombi nichts für die Tiefgarage war, aber schon nach 1 Tag hatten wir bis zum Ende einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, besonders haben uns die zwischentüren gefallen, so konnte unser Sohn abends noch Fernsehen ohne uns uns stören. Der Südbalkon direkt am Wohnzimmer ist phantastisch, wir haben jeden Tag dort gesessen und die Sonne genossen. Bis zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten Zu Fuß, die Strandpromenade mit unzähligen Restaurants und Bars liegt dort ebenso. Herrlich um morgens zum nahegelegenen Bäcker zu gehen und frische Baguette und Croissants zu genießen! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, es war ein toller Urlaub!

Excellent ! Appartement propre, bien placé qui facilite tout déplacement. Situé dans une rue où les places de parking sont gratuit et à quelque seconde de la plage. C’est idéale pour un séjour remplie de tranquillité et de confort et au sein de la ville de Frejus et saint Raphaël qui est juste à côté. Il est placé à côté d’un endroit estival. Le p’tit bémol que j’ai trouvée c’est que l’appartement est mal éclairé, il y a pas de lumière au plafond, c’est dommage car les lampes misent à disposition ne sont pas assez efficace la nuit. En conclusion, on a passer de superbe vacances. Merci à la femme de ménage et la propriétaire qui était attentif à nos demandes.Séjour du 18 au 23.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Check in was ok apart from parking. We have a 7 seater and it was impossible to drive into the underground parking let alone park in the space allocated to the apartment. We then had to find alternative parking on the street which we managed to do however was not easy as always very busy. Overall a lovely apartment to stay in and an excellent location we walked to the beach daily. Frejus is beautiful and we can’t wait to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment with our family. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Françoise was extremely kind and always available to answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

Superb apartment in Frejus

We stayed in Françoise s apartment for 4 weeks and loved everything about it! It was perfect for us: clean, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, in a really good location. We particularly liked the south facing balcony.Verry difficult to leave actually!

300m from the beach promenade

My daughter and I loved our stay at Francoise’s apartment. The apartment is just steps away from everything - we didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it at all. The walks along the waterfront are fabulous - turn to your right and you walk for kilometres through the port of Fréjus and along kms of beachfront - the best direction for watching sunsets. Turn to your left and you are walking along the spectacular port(s), beaches and the red rocky coastline of Saint Raphaël. For the apartment itself, highlights would be the 2 large patios - one if you’re seeking sun and the other if you need shade and cool. The bathroom and separate water closet are top of the line. Both bedrooms are large snd comfortable (and quiet and dark at night). The less optimal elements would be the very small (albeit fully equipped and functional) kitchen, and the lack of any comfortable seating in the living room. The hide-a-bed couch is the only seating available in the living room and it’s woefully lacking in comfort (we didn’t try it for a bed). It was great being here in the off season as you could tell that a good number of the apartments in the building were sitting empty (which also led to little activity and noise from the building’s garage directly under the apartment). The building itself is modern, clean and very secure. All in all, this is a great apartment in a super location with a kind and responsive host. - I would return without hesitation.

Déception

Nous avions retenu ce logement grâce aux avis. Certes il est bien équipé et à proximité de la plage .malheureusement ménage pas fait ( sol sale , abattant wc taché d’urine, cheveux bonde douche , poils d’animaux) . Terrasse sud sur la rue passagère . Terrasse nord attention beaucoup de moustiques! Canapé lit au dessus de la porte de garage du sous sol .Parking inaccessible si vous n’avez pas de citadines.

Logement très propre, bien situé, à 200 m environ de la plage et de saint Raphaël. Très bonne literie et équipement de la cuisine complet. 2 belles terrasses à choisir selon saison pour déjeuner. Grande Tv. Salle bain refaite. Nous avons apprécié les équipements pour bb( chaise haute/lit/…)

Perfect place for a great stay!

Place was very clean and spacious, new bathroom and separate toilet. Nice kitchen with all the required appliances. Washing machine very handy. Only the furniture was oke, kinda outdated and very hard wooden chairs. Own parkingspot in the (very small!) basement ideal, because on the streets almost fighting for a place. Location also perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and stores. Great communication with the host Dalila! Overall I can recommend it to anybody.

Un bel appartement, propre, extrêmement bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités. La plage est à deux minutes à pieds. Je recommande très fortement cet appartement. La propriétaire est disponible et sympathique. La personne en charge des clés est gentille, chaleureuse et bienveillante.

Agréable séjour!

La location est très bien située proche de plages (5 minutes à pieds), commerces et restaurant. L’appartement est agréable très fonctionnel salle de bain moderne avec sa douche à l’italienne. Et merci à Madame Lucas qui a été attentionnée et à Dalila qui nous a reçus avec gentillesse.
