We’re offering our house for your summer vacation. Located in the lovely, quiet, and picturesque historic neighborhood of Kertugal, 1 km from the nearest beach, the house is a stone building typical of the coast and can accommodate a family of 6. It’s a 45-minute bus ride from the Saint-Brieuc train station (the bus stop is 200 meters from the house) or a 25-minute drive. There’s a pizzeria 350 meters away, a discount grocery store, gas station, and laundromat 500 meters away, and a casino just a 3-minute drive away. Private entrance through a beautiful, sunny courtyard onto a wooden deck. A griddle, umbrella, table, and chairs are there for you to enjoy a peaceful lunch. Enter through the small, sun-drenched porch, then relax on the two sofas in the spacious living room, which features a coffee table, bookshelf, video projector, Bluetooth speaker, and ADSL Wi-Fi router. Prepare your meals in the spacious, bright kitchen, then take a seat around the large table while enjoying the view of the garden and vegetable garden (not accessible). Complete list of kitchen appliances: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, countertop refrigerator, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, electric crepe maker, drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and high chair.Also on the first floor, accessible from the kitchen, is a hallway with a dryer, a half-bath, and a bathroom with a window, equipped with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there is access to the three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140x190) and the third a two-person sofa bed. A travel crib is available.
